In the first part of September, Mal Fletcher conducted his latest one-week tour of Australia, speaking at the Edge conference in Adelaide, and at the Waverley Christian Centre in Melbourne.

The Edge conference drew pastors and leaders from across the nation, as well as others from around the world. The conference and its associated leadership network are the vision of Pastor Danny Guglielmucci, senior pastor of Southside Christian Church and a close friend of Next Wave International.

Mal reports: 'The atmosphere in this great conference was charged with faith and a passion for change. I know that many leaders went away dramatically changed.'

Mal also preached at the Edged 03 Youth Event and at Southside Christian Church. Waverly Chistian Church is the largest charismatic church in Melbourne, led by Pastor Mark Connor. Mal said, 'Mark and his team are leading a brilliant program of outreach and teaching in my beloved home city of Melbourne. Pray for this great church, and if you're in town, check it out.'
