Growing old -- it's not something most people like to think about. Yet it is a reality of life.

In a newly released documentary from the award-winning EDGES TV series, Mal Fletcher asks, 'In an age of ageism, botox treatments, skin peels and cosmetic surgery on demand, how should we approach growing old?'

This fascinating 28 minute film explores the various techniques available to slow the ageing process and delves into approaches and concepts that might allow people to age with grace, wisdom and courage.

Among Mal's conclusions is the belief that, 'Because we live in such a narcissistic age, we may need to remind ourselves from time to time that long life is only meaningful when it’s a good life – when it’s invested in something that lives on when we die.'
