Leadership in the Age of Impermanence - VID

Added 27 September 2009 View full list    Print version
“We live in the age of permanent impermanence,” says Mal Fletcher, in a new video taken from the Edge leadership event in Adelaide, Australia recently.

“The only unchanging thing in most people’s lives is change itself. In the face of all this change, people are looking for reference points, for landmarks that don’t change amidst a storm of change.”

Mal looks at the impact of rapid change on individuals and communities and begins to suggest some changes we need to make to our leadership if we’re to truly impact the world of today and tomorrow.
