Oslo Leadership & Communication School Rocks

The TBBMI leadership, media and communication school is training young people for effective leadership and mission at all levels of society.
Based in Oslo, Norway, the school has a proud history of training people from across Europe in what was one of Norway's first truly practical Christian leadership schools.
Started by a famous Norwegian evangelist, a man highly regarded even at the top of the social order, the school moved to Norway recently to work in close relationship with Jesus Church, Oslo, under the leadership of Stephan Christiansen.
Mal Fletcher recently visited the school for the first time, lecturing for two days on media and communication.
Mal tracked the media's recent past and looked in detail at its likely future as the digital explosion continues, drawing out what these changes will mean to leadership and particularly to Christian communication.
Sixty students from various corners of Europe eagerly followed the sessions, which featured high end media. At the end of an intensive two days of teaching, they gave a long standing ovation which was a great encouragement to Mal.
After his visit, Mal said: 'I really enjoyed speaking to these students. Their questions in our final session reflected just how enthusiastic they were about the subject matter and that they were willing to take on board some of the difficult issues raised for the future.'
'If we had more schools like this one, we'd have more Christians with real influence in the mainstream.'
