Nine Years On
Speaking in Copenhagen recently, Mal Fletcher recalled people's reactions when he first announced the launch of this mission to Europe. 'When we first decided to devote our lives to Europe, people thought Davina and I were crazy,' Mal said. 'They told us we were mad to leave Australia and everything God is doing there, to go to Europe where, they said, nothing ever happens.' Over the past nine years, God has blessed this ministry as Mal, Davina and various team members have attempted what others believed and said could not be done.
Huge numbers of people have been touched through TV and other media and publications. Hundreds have met Christ for the first time through events of many kinds. Leaders in many nations have been equipped for greater influence through conferences, networks and MasterClasses. God has been faithful to his call and his promises.
'We are deeply indebted to our partners,' Mal adds. 'I personally pray for the individuals and the churches that support us. A ministry like this one is reliant on strategic alliances to get the job done. Without the financial and prayer backing of our partners, we would not be on the ground in Europe. And the biggest and best results are still to come!'

I think you asked the wrong question re climate change summit. The question is should it have been held? There are a lot more important issues they should have been discussing, e.g. people trafficking.

A beautiful response to the Mike Gug story. Mal you are a champ; you put into words what I feel. There but for God's grace, go I...

I want to congratulate Mal & the Edges team for excellent & uplifting material; it has meant so much for me in an age of God-less entertainment.
