How can the independent Christian media sector in the UK become more effective in affecting mainsream life in Britain and beyond?

How can Christian media specialists engage the conversation of Western cultures - especially on current issues like trust?

How can independent Christian media producers and broadcasters take up their rightful place as the 'city on a hill [which] cannot be hidden'?

These were among the questions put forward by Mal Fletcher in a provoking and sometimes controversial speech to the Christian Broadcasting Council conference, 2007.
