Skills For Problem-Solving

Added 08 January 2010 View full list    Print version
The new year always presents leaders with challenges which need to be thought out ahead of time.

With that in mind, Mal Fletcher has produced a new leadership editorial outlining nine important skills for solving leadership problems.

As a leader, you need to take these on board and to share them with your team, so that they're equipped to take on whatever challenges this year may throw at them.

There is such a great need for prophetic interpretations of what is going on in the world. You are very influential!

Just wanted to let you know that what you are doing is affecting and impacting lives beyond what you see. It is helping to keep us sharp as a church.
Chris, USA

I think you asked the wrong question re climate change summit. The question is should it have been held? There are a lot more important issues they should have been discussing, e.g. people trafficking.
