Planet Shakers -- a Nation-Shaking Phenomenon!
Mal Fletcher recently returned from six days in his beloved homeland, Australia, where he spoke at the Planet Shakers conference in Adelaide.
This incredible event was born just a few years ago, but it now attracts over 8000 full-time registrants for day sessions over two weeks, with huge crowds joining in at night.
Birthed in the heart of Australia's Youth Alive Director, Russell Evans, Planet Shakers is a unique event that sets young hearts on fire for the cause of the gospel.
Its influence is now being felt in the USA and other parts of the world through its powerful music releases that are attracting a large audience.
The rapid growth has meant that the event will be spread over three weeks in 2003!
After the event, Mal described as "a huge youth camp on steroids!"
He added, "This intense atmosphere reminds me of the early days of Youth Alive; it is more of a phenomenon than an event. It has the fingerprints of God all over it!"
