MasterClass Hits the Target
Bayless Conley (USA) and Steve Kelly (USA) joined Mal Fletcher for the outstanding 5-day Leadership MasterClass in Norway in June.
Held at the Betel Church in Trondheim, the event drew leaders from various corners of Norway, and some from other parts of Europe. The teaching focussed on Leadership, Communication and Media, Generations and Church Planting.
People responded with great enthusiasm to the world-class teaching, which was both practical and spiritually empowering. One senior pastor said, 'I will do everything I can to promote MasterClass among pastors and leaders in my region and nation - this is just totally unique!' Mal Fletcher said, 'It was an absolute pleasure to have Bayless and Steve with us. The response we've had since the event has been outstanding. Every session was packed with advanced-level teaching on the issues that face real leaders in the real world.'
Marian King Edeborg, the Leadership Events Director with NWI headed a good core team coordinating the event. Mal said, 'Marian deserves a real commendation for all her hard work. She and the team did a very good job.'
